20% deposit by bank transfer - balance upon arrival at the hotel.
Bookings are considered confirmed upon receipt of deposit unless otherwise agreed.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer for bookings cancelled a minimum of 30 days before the date of arrival (however, withholding any bank operating fees). For cancellations after the specified terms, even if due to unforeseen events/illness, the deposit will be withheld as compensation for booking made, but not fulfilled. In alternative, the same may be considered valid for the booking of another stay during the ongoing season (subject to availability).
USEFUL INFORMATION
The room is available to the guest from midday on the day of arrival to 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
The last date of the reservation is the day of departure.
For stays shorter than the minimum stay (3 days), prices may be subject to an increase.
Early departure or missed reservation date always implies payment of 3 nights per person.
Parking is in front of the hotel facility, fenced but not guarded.
Hotel Ray is NOT in a LTZ area.
